WHAT TOWNS IS CODE "FREEDEILVERY" USED IN?
Wethersfield, Glastonbury, Cromwell, Rocky Hill, Newington, and Berlin, Connecticut with a purchase of $75 or more.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
All items may be returned for store credit within 15 days after items have been received. Seasonal items can be returned for store credit within 7 days of purchase. All Sale items are considered Final Sale and are ineligible for returns and exchanges. If final-sale items are shipped back, they will be relinquished and donated to a charitable cause. The Nutmeg Home is not responsible for input of incorrect address.
 
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Orders processed here will take 3-5 business days. Please allow 7-10 days for standard ground shipping. If an expedited option is chosen please default to those guaranteed delivery times. We use all major carriers and local courier partners.  We appreciate your support and generosity during these times. Shipping times may vary due to COVID-19. Thanks! 
 
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive a notification email upon shipment with a link to track your package. Please reach out to the specific postal service for more information once your package has been shipped.
 
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Unfortunately we do not at this time.

CAN YOU COMBINE DISCOUNT CODES?
Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be combined. Discount codes can also not be used on Sale Items.
 
WHAT DO I DO IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

If your product has already been processed and shipped, The Nutmeg Home will not be able to change your shipping address and takes no responsibility for the shipped products. Please take a moment to double check your shipping address upon checking out.
